This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Nettogo ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how we use, share and protect it when you use our website and eSIM services.
1. Data We Collect
- Order & contact data: name (optional), email address and/or phone (WhatsApp) number, purchased plan, order history.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Service data: eSIM identifiers (ICCID), activation status, and aggregate data-usage levels needed to operate alerts (e.g. 80%/90% usage notifications) and support.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information and basic analytics events when you use the website.
- Identity data: only where a destination legally requires identity verification for activation.
2. Why We Use It (Legal Bases)
- To deliver and operate your eSIM (performance of contract).
- To send service messages — delivery, installation instructions, usage alerts, top-up options (performance of contract / legitimate interest).
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
- Marketing messages only with your consent; you may opt out at any time.
3. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) connectivity partners strictly to provision your eSIM; (b) payment processors; (c) communication providers used to deliver email/WhatsApp service messages; (d) authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Order and billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and commercial law. Service/technical data is kept only as long as needed for operations, security and support, then deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and Turkish KVKK where relevant), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. 6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your data.
7. International Transfers
Our partners may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
