Is my phone compatible?
Most phones from 2019 onwards support eSIM (iPhone XS or newer, recent Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel). Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. Check Settings → Cellular/Connections for an "Add eSIM" option.
When does my plan start?
Validity starts when the eSIM attaches to a supported network (usually when you arrive), unless the plan says otherwise.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. Your eSIM provides data only — WhatsApp, iMessage and other apps keep working with your existing number.
Can I top up?

What if it does not work?
